Iain Duckworth - MRICS

Iain qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2009 whilst working at Drivers Jonas, gaining experience in the Development, Valuation and City Agency teams. After the merger of Drivers Jonas and Deloitte he spent 6 years working in the Lease Advisory Team advising numerous clients on various landlord and tenant matters. In 2015 he joined the Asset Management Team at Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, predominantly working on the Belgravia part of the Estate. During this time Iain had responsibility for the asset management of a mixed use portfolio with a capital value of £450m+ and annual rent of £20m+. His wide range of experience means he is well placed to advise his clients on both acquisition and value add initiatives to get the best possible returns on their assets.
